Our goal is to elevate your heart rate and keep it elevated as you go through our carefully designed workout circuit. You'll spend 20 minutes using machines and workout tools and then move to another grouping of workout tools for another 20 minutes. You'll finish up with one more circuit lasting 20 minutes. You'll have great familiarity with all of these tools thanks to our qualified trainers.
